Windy pre-sunrise flight of my Global Drone X183 GPS Drone (sans landing sprigs) 11-04-18 (1080p) (1).
Flight took place in the airspace over an vacant lot near the intersection of Holman St. and Dearborn Ave. in Shelton WA. USA at 6:51am PST on 11-04-18 (or, "2018-11-04T06:51" or, "2018 04 Nov." or even, "November 04, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were fair, temperature was 54°F (12.2°C), and winds as measured with my el stupido "strong wharf rat pi$$ yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were gusty out of the SW to 10.80mph (17.39kph) at the surface.
The music that you hear is the song, "Tron Dancer" by the German electronica group Monkey Zound.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.
That blue-green "flare" that you see late into the flight was me hosing down the drone with my Directly-Injected 488nm Greenish-Blue ("cyan") Laser Pen.
And that bluish "band" that you see near the western horizon is actually the Earth's shadow! :-O
* Grassy because in case the drone inexplicably falls out of the sky again, I want to help ensure maximum survivability of the drone, its props (spares were not furnished and can't be found online!) and the camera.
Flight of my Global Drone X183 GPS Drone (sans landing sprigs) 11-03-18 (1080p) (2).
Flight took place in the airspace over an empty, grassy* lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. S. in Shelton WA. USA at 10:55am PDT on 11-03-18 (or, "2018-11-03T10:55" or, "2018 03 Nov." or even, "November 03, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy, temperature was 59°F (15°C), and winds as measured with my el stupido "rotten snake piss** yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were clam at the surface.
The music that you hear are the songs, "Fire Power" and "Restless Child" (this is the famous, "Westwood perspiration" song, hahaha) by the NWOBHM group Raven (not Raven Symoan or however the F you spell the douchenoozle's name).
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off

** Snakes (all ectothermic critters, actually) do not go poddy like most mammals do (by storing their tee-tee in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra when the bladder is full); therefore there is really no such thing as snake piss. ;-)
Flight of my Global Drone X183 GPS Drone (sans landing sprigs) 11-03-18 (1080p) (1).
Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Holman St. and Dearborn Ave. in Shelton WA. USA at 8:14am PDT on 11-03-18 (or, "2018-11-03T08:14" or, "2018 03 Nov." or even, "November 03, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy, temperature was 53°F (11.7°C), and winds as measured with my el stupido "strong chipmunk piddle yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were clam at the surface.
The music that you hear are the songs, "Metal Health" by the 1980s hair band Quiet Riot and the songs, "R2-D2 (Lives in My Ass)" and, "Recursively Anatomically Correct" by the Rochester synth electropunk comedy act Worm Quartet.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.
This flight was made with the camera on the upper surface of the fuselage (instead of on the underside as designed) and without the landing sprigs; the drone may be a bit unstable as a result. Primarily for these two reasons, this flight will be conducted at much lower-than-usual altitude (12 to 15 meters).
Having an unexplainable failure of primary power yesterday (the resulting crash destroyed the starboard landing sprig) is also good reason to keep the drone
low and close by.
(Post-production): The drone appeared to be stable and it flew without incident clear through LVC auto-landing.
That blue-green "flare" that you see early into the flight and again at landing was me hosing down the drone with my Directly-Injected 488nm Greenish-Blue ("cyan") Laser Pen.
Brief* flight of my Global Drone X183 GPS Drone 11-02-18 (1080p) (3).
Flight took place in the airspace over a vacant lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Summit Dr. in Shelton WA. USA at 2:17pm PDT on 11-02-18 (or, "2018-11-02T14:17" or, "2018 02 Nov." or even, "November 02, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were mostly sunny, temperature was 64°F (17.8°C), and winds as measured with my el stupido "strong kangaroo poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were gusty from the SE to 6.0mph (9.66kph) at the surface with observed higher wind speeds aloft.
The music that you hear is the zax from the computer video game, "Castle Crashers" (the music is titled, "Forest Theme Space Pirates") by The Behemoth from 2008.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.
That blue-green "flare" that you see early into the flight was me blasting the drone with my Directly-Injected 488nm Greenish-Blue ("cyan") Laser Pen.
* Brief because the drone inexplicably shut down and fell out of the sky 2:40 into the flight. It crashed into the fenced-in back yard of a nearby home; fortunately somebody was home and retrieved my drone and the camera (the camera detached upon impact but thankfully didn't bounce away!)
The only physical damage evident was that the repaired starboard (right) landing skid busted complely off. I unscrewed & removed the port (left) skid so I can still take off & land again.
Slightly brief* windy day flight of my Global Drone X183 GPS Drone 11-02-18 (1080p) (2).
Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Holman St. and Dearborn Ave. in Shelton WA. USA at 9:50am PDT on 11-02-18 (or, "2018-11-02T09:50" or, "2018 02 Nov." or even, "November 02, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were mostly sunny, temperature was 57°F (13.9°C), and winds as measured with my el stupido "rotten sea cucumber piddle** yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were gusty from the W to 14.40mph (23.18kph) at the surface with observed (as in, "the drone would not move forward even at maximum pitch!") higher wind speeds aloft.
The music that you hear is the song, "Hey You" by Pink Floyd from 1977.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.
The wind speed at altitude was greater than the forward movement of the drone even at maximum speed rate and forward pitch, so I kept the altitude significantly lower than I otherwise might.
* Slightly brief because the drone was battling high winds, which requires extra power.
So the brevity of the flight was fully expected.
** Sea cucumbers (all invertebrates actually) do not pass micturition like most mammals do (by storing their poddy in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra when the bladder is full); therefore there is really no such thing as sea cucumber piddle. ;-)
Windy pre-sunrise "flite"* of my Global Drone X183 GPS Drone 11-02-18 (1080p) (1).
Flite took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Holman St. and Dearborn Ave. in Shelton WA. USA at 7:31am PDT on 11-02-18 (or, "2018-11-02T07:31" or, "2018 02 Nov." or even, "November 02, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flite time were partly cloudy, temperature was 57°F (13.9°C), and winds as measured with my el stupido "strong squirrel poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were gusty somewhat variable (out of the W to NNW) to 20.40mph (32.84kph) at the surface with observed higher wind speeds aloft.
The music that you hear is zax from the Commodore Amiga computer demos, "äMPäri3" and, "Grind" by the Amiga demo group Dekadence.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles
you off.
Some of the flight looks wobblier than usual because the drone was being buffeted by strong wind gusts.
* {Seen on a Commodore 64 demo by Abyss from 1988): A ? TO EVERYONE: ONLY A FAGGOT WOULD REPLACE "GHT" WITH "TE". .. EX. LIGHT AND LITE. FLIGHT AND FLITE. WHAT IS YOUR GUY'S GAY INCEST WITH THE "TE" COMBO?
I guess I'm a faggot then because I deliberately misspelled the word, "flight". ;-)
Slightly brief* windy day flight of my Global Drone X183 GPS Drone 11-01-18 (1080p) (4).
Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. N. in Shelton WA. USA at 3:41pm PDT on 11-01-18 (or, "2018-11-01T15:41" or, "2018 01 Nov." or even, "November 01, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy, temperature was 61°F (16.1°C), and winds as measured with my el stupido "strong dingo micturition yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were gusty out of the WSW to 16.9mph (27.21kph) at the surface.

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly cloudy, temperature was 61°F (16.1°C), and winds as measured with my el stupido "strong cat pee yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were gusty out of the WSW to 8.00mph (12.88kph) at the surface with observed higher wind speeds aloft..
The music that you hear is zax from the coin-op arcade video game, "Afterburner ][" aka., "Afterburner Deluxe" by Sega from 1987.

Post-repair test flight of my Global Drone X183 GPS Drone 11-01-18 (1080p) (2).
Flight took place in the airspace over the back yard of a house (yes I have permission to fly here!) along the 1020-block of Ellinor Ave. in Shelton WA. USA at 9:17am PDT on 11-01-18 (or, "2018-11-01T09:17" or, "2018 01 Nov." or even, "November 01, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy, temperature was 58°F (14.4°C), and winds as measured with my el stupido "strong rat urine yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally calm at the surface with observed higher gusts aloft.
The music that you hear is zax from the coin-op arcade video game, "Super Hang-On" (the song is titled, "Hard Road") by Sega from 1986.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.
I switched back to the OEM 2S (7.40 volts) flight battery for this flight.
I also repaired the landing struts sufficiently so as to allow the drone to launch & land normally, and remounted my Fitfort 4K Action Cam to the upper surface of the drone's fuselage instead of on the bottom where it would normally go. If this does not work (e.g. the drone is unstable or totally unflyable) then it goes back on the underside.
As a result of moving the camera to the upper part of the drone's body, the props will get in the shot -- though hopefully they won't totally queer the video. :-O
