Near-sunset flight of my Global Drone X183 WiFi FPV GPS Drone 10-26-18 (1080p) (4).

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. S. at 6:22pm PDT on 10-26-18 (or, "2018-10-26T18:22" or, "2018 26 Oct." or even, "October 26, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy, temperature was 57°F (13.9°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "strong wolf pee* yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were from the ESE to 5.60mph (6.78kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is the song, "Reign of Error" by Devo Spice fka. Sudden Death.
This musical genere is commonly known as Nerdcore.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

I moved the camera backward approx. 1.5" (~38mm) in an attempt to mitigate the queer forward pitch issue (post-flight: IT DID!); only a very small portion of landing sprig should be visible in the video now.

Miners do not appear in this video. Whether they're mining tin, ruthenium, platinum, gaseous neon, nitrium, perisium, talgonite, calcium, fluorine, iron, liquid helium III, polonium, pergium, etc., you ain't gonna find em here folks! ;-) (YouTube has this thing about miners appearing in videos for reasons as-of-yet unknown) ;-)

It's beginning to look like the flight battery may have gone down the tube right out of the box; I should be hitting close to 10 minute flight times now (because I've run the battery through no fewer than 15 complete charge/discharge cycles) but I'm still getting sub-six minute flight times. :-/ I'm now on the hunt for one of the flight batteries for my (now-lost) Syma X8C drone (I have two of the little f***ers!), as they are of the same voltage and current capacity (2S battery; 7.40V 2Ah) as the OEM battery for this drone. I'm also considering using a 3S (3-cell, 11.10 volts) flight battery once I receive confirmation that it is safe to do so.

Flight of my Global Drone X183 WiFi FPV GPS Drone 10-26-18 (1080p) (3).

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. S. at 1:50pm PDT on 10-26-18 (or, "2018-10-26T13:50" or, "2018 26 Oct." or even, "October 26, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy, temperature was 63°F (17.2°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten worm pee* yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were from the ESE to 5.60mph (6.78kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax called, "When the Heavens Fall" by Purple Motion of the Finnish pee-cee demo group Future Crew.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

Prior to this flight, I moved the camera/shock absorber ass'y forward so that the landing skids will no longer be visible in the frame. :-)
The drone did do this queer forward pitching thing for at least the first ten seconds of flight before it stabilised; this tells me that the camera may be a bit *TOO FAR* forward. :-/

It's beginning to look like the flight battery may have gone to pot right out of the box; I should be hitting close to 10 minute flight times now (because I've run the battery through no fewer than 14 complete charge/discharge cycles) but I'm still getting sub-six minute flight times. :-/
I'm now on the hunt for one of the flight batteries for my (now-lost) Syma X8C drone (I have two of the little f***ers!), as they are of the same voltage and current capacity (2S battery; 7.40V 2Ah) as the OEM battery for this drone.

* Worms (all annelids) do not go poddy like most mammals do (by storing their uranation in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra when the bladder is full); therefore there is really no such thing as worm pee. ;-)

Unexpectedly brief* flight of my Global Drone X183 WiFi FPV GPS Drone 10-26-18 (1080p) (2).

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. N. at 11:11am PDT on 10-26-18 (or, "2018-10-26T11:11" or, "2018 26 Oct." or even, "October 26, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy with very light rain developing just after the flight, temperature was 59°F (15°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten scorpion piddle** yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally calm at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax from the coin-op arcade video game Afterburner II aka. Afterburner Deluxe by Sega from 1987.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

I fastened the camera to the shock absorber that came with the drone, but I really don't care for the landing skids' position in the video. However, I mounted the camera this way in order to help mitigate the jello that appeared in the last video.

After this flight, I moved the camera/shock absorber ass'y forward so that the landing skids will no longer be visible in the frame.

* Unexpectedly brief because the flight battery went to LVC just 3:00 into the flight; the drone engaged LVC at ~3:00 and auto-landed approx. 41 seconds later

** Scorpions (all arthropods actually) do not uranate like most mammals do (by storing their poddy in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra when the bladder is full); therefore there is really no such thing as scorpion piddle. ;-)

Near-sunrise flight of my Global Drone X183 WiFi FPV GPS Drone 10-26-18 (1080p) (1).

Flight launched in the airspace over the SW parking lot of Shelton Floor Coverings along Ridge Rd. between Ellinor Ave. and Fairmount Ave. moving to the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. N. at 7:53am PDT on 10-26-18 (or, "2018-10-26T07:53" or, "2018 26 Oct." or even, "October 26, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy with very light rain developing just after the flight, temperature was 56°F (13.3°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten caterpillar micturition* yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were from the ESE gusting to 4.50mph (7.25kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is the song, "Contagion" by Circle of Dust.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

Miners do not appear in this video. Whether they're mining tin, ruthenium, platinum, gaseous neon, nitrium, perisium, talgonite, calcium, fluorine, iron, liquid helium III, polonium, pergium, etc., you ain't gonna find em here folks! ;-)

* Caterpillars (all insects actually) do not go poddy like most mammals do (by storing their uranation in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra when the bladder is full); therefore there is really no such thing as caterpillar micturition. ;-)

Flight of my Global Drone X183 WiFi FPV GPS Drone 10-25-18 (1080p) (2).

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. S. at 1:11pm PDT on 10-25-18 (or, "2018-10-25T13:11" or, "2018 25 Oct." or even, "October 25, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy with light rain, temperature was 54°F (12.3°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "strong giraffe urine yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were clam at the surface.

The music that you hear is the song, "New Elysium" by Celldweller.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

Miners do not appear in this video. Whether they're mining iridium, indium, gallium, cadmium, sodium, iron, selenium, mercury, liquid neon, strontium, californium, gadolinium, calcium, unobtanium, solid chlorine, etc., you ain't gonna find em here folks! (YouTube has this thing about miners appearing in videos for reasons as-of-yet unknown) ;-)

It's beginning to look like the flight battery may have gone to hell in a handbasket right out of the box; I should be hitting close to 10 minute flight times now (because I've run the battery through no fewer than 12 complete charge/discharge cycles) but I'm still getting sub-six minute flight times. :-/ I'm now on the hunt for one of the flight batteries for my (now-lost) Syma X8C drone (I have two of the little f***ers!), as they are of the same voltage and current capacity (2S battery; 7.40V 2Ah) as the OEM battery for this drone.

Flight of my Global Drone X183 WiFi FPV GPS Drone 10-25-18 (1080p) (1).

Flight took place in the airspace over a vacant lot at the intersection of Arcadia Ave. and Boundary St. in Shelton WA. USA at 9:11am PDT on 10-25-18 (or, "2018-10-25T09:11" or, "2018 25 Oct." or even, "October 25, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy (extremely light sprinkles began just *AFTER* the flight), temperature was 53°F (11.7°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten wild boar piddle yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were clam at the surface.

The music that you hear is the song, "Trance It" by the German electronica group Monkey Zound.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

I kept my altitude at 121 meters (~397 feet) for a significant percentage of this flight.

It's beginning to look like the flight battery may have gone to pot right from the get-go; I should be hitting close to 10 minute flight times now (because I've run the battery through no fewer than 11 complete charge/discharge cycles) but I'm still getting sub-six minute flight times. :-/
I'm now on the hunt for one of the flight batteries for my (now-lost) Syma X8C drone (I know for certain that I have *TWO* of the little f***ers!), as they are of the same voltage and current capacity (2S battery; 7.40V 2Ah) as the OEM battery for this drone.

Flight of my Global Drone X183 WiFi FPV GPS Drone 10-24-18 (1080p) (2).

Flight took place in the airspace over the 1720-block of Ridge Rd. in Shelton WA. USA at 1:47pm PDT on 10-24-18 (or, "2018-10-24T13:47" or, "2018 24 Oct." or even, "October 24, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were partly cloudy, temperature was 51°F (10.6°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "strong camel urine yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were clam at the surface.

The music that you hear is the song, "I Must Be Dreaming" by Cheap Trick from 1982.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

I moved the camera back to its original position and found a lightweight shim to angle it down between 10° to 15° from perpendicular (this serves to not only get more "ground" in the frame, but totally eliminate the props and almost eliminate the landing skids from the video).

It's beginning to look like the flight battery may have gone to pot right from the get-go; I should be hitting close to 10 minute flight times now (because I've run the battery through no fewer than nine {9} complete charge/discharge cycles) but I'm still getting flight times of less than six minutes. :-/ I'm going to hunt for one of the flight batteries for my (now-lost) Syma X8C drone, as they are of the same voltage and current capacity (2S battery; 7.40V 2Ah) as the OEM battery for this drone.
