Flight of my Holy Stone HS470 Brushless Drone 11-10-20 (2048 x 1088 (2)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace near a futbol (socker) pitch, an unused group of three baseball diamonds, and a canal located alongside W. Dakota Ave. (some true-blue total buttsnoipe has it spelled *DACOTA* on their mailbox very nearby, hahaha!!!) between N. Baqrton Ave. and N. Cedar Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 3:05pm PST on 11-10-20 (or, "2020-11-1015:05" or "2020 10 Nov." or even, "November 10, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were partly cloudy, temperature was 59°F (15°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "rotten platypus poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the sodding things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally dead calm at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax from the coin-op arcade video games, "Enduro Racer", "Super Hang-On", and, "Space Harrier" by Sega from the mid-1980s

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it causes you to become piddled off or makes your ears bleed.

Just like yesterday qand this morning, while I was flying the drone, I "heard" a jingle for Bob's Discount Furniture but with altered lyrics.
To wit:

? Bob's Bob-O-Pedics ?
? Wanna shoot you in the penus ?
? Really wanna kick you in the nads ?*

My FPV device kept rebooting -- leading me to just say fv¢k it and fly strictly-dictly LOS. I tried two other apps; one rebooted the device almost immediately and the othe simply stopped and presented an error dialogue box not long after I launched it.
This was after I had retensioned the battery springs in the FPV device (a Samsung Galaxy 5S cellular telephone handset) -- this tells me at once that this was not "it". :-/

* I rewrite lyrics to parody a lot of songs; to see some of my more recent "handiwork", you may visit http://www.amiright.com/parody/authors/cactusimpersonator.shtmlL

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly sunny, temperature was 37°F (2.8°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "rotten platypus poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the sodding things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable and gusty to 5.60mph (9.02kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax from the Pee-Cee demo, "Second Reality" aka., "Unreal ][" by the Finnish demo group Future Crew from 1993.

? Comfort from your head down to your gnards ?
My FPV device kept rebooting -- leading me to just say fv¢k it and fly strictly-dictly LOS.

Acting upon a suggestion from tech support at Holy Stone, I reinstalled the app *HfunPro* and made a couple of other modifications to my FPV device in order to help mitigate latency; static testing showed a huge improvement from 45+ seconds to six seconds -- I'll soon find out what improvement (if any) comes in the actual flight.

The results: latency started off at 11 seconds, then my FPV device began spontaneously rebooting, so I had to make the remainder of my flight strictly-dictly LOS. :-(

* Cool weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 33°F (0.6°C) to 51°F (10.6°C) at flight time.

***NSFW*** Somewhat brief* flight of my Holy Stone HS470 Brushless Drone 11-09-20 (2048 x 1088 (2)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace near an unused group of three baseball diamonds and a canal located near the intersection of E. Ashlan Ave. and N. Barton Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 4:15pm PST on 11-09-20 (or, "2020-11-09T16:15" or "2020 09 Nov." or even, "November 09, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were partly cloudy, temperature was 53°F (11.7C), and winds measured with my el stupido "rotten Weddel seal urine yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the sodding things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 0.10mph (0.16ph) at the surface.

The music that you hear are several songs by the group rathergood fka. Seven Seconds of Love.

I added, "***NSFW***" (Not Safe For Work) because the first song has some toliet tongue in it and I'd hate to learn that you got shitcanned from your job because you were watching the video, the boss walked by, and heard the computer asking to have its speakers washed out with soap. :-O
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it causes you to become piddled off or makes your ears bleed.

* Somewhat brief because my FPV device kept rebooting -- leading me to just say fv¢k it and fly strictly-dictly LOS. Since the "REC" indicator on the radio does not provide a *POSITIVE* indication of whether you're recording or not, I pretty much had to wing it.
One of the video clips was also corrupted, leading to a yet shorter playback time.

Cool weather* brief** flight of my Holy Stone HS470 Brushless Drone 11-09-20 (2048 x 1088 (1)

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly sunny, temperature was 50°F (10°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong ground squirrel uranation yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the sodding things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 4.90mph (7.89kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is the choon, "Disco Of the 80s" and part of the choon, "Electro" by the German synthesizer group Monkey Zound.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it causes you to become piddled off or makes your ears bleed.

Just like yesterday morning, while I was flying the drone, I "heard" a jingle for Bob's Discount Furniture but with altered lyrics.
To wit:

? Bob's Bob-O-Pedics ?
? From your head down to your penus ?
? I just want to kick you in the fv¢k*** ?

My FPV device kept rebooting -- leading me to just say fv¢k it and fly strictly-dictly LOS.

* Cool weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 33°F (0.6°C) to 51°F (10.6°C) at flight time.

** brief because my FPV device petered out and I flew by remote only; the "REC" indicator on the remote does not always "tell the truth" re: whether the drone is actually recording video or not. This flight lasted 16 to 18 minutes, so a good percentage of the actual flight was *NOT* recorded. :-(

Cool weather* flight of my Holy Stone HS470 Brushless Drone 11-08-20 (2048 x 1088 (1)
Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace near a futbol (socker) pitch, an unused group of three baseball diamonds, and a canal located alongside W. Dakota Ave. (some true-blue total buttsnoipe has it spelled *DACOTA* on their mailbox very nearby, hahaha!!!) near N. Cedar Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 7:44am PST on 11-08-20 (or, "2020-11-0807:44" or "2020 08 Nov." or even, "November 08, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly cloudy, temperature was 46°F (7.8°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "rotten polar bear whiz yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the sodding things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 1.00mph (1.61kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax from the coin-op arcade video game, "Outrun" by Sega from 1986; the choons are titled, "Magical Sound Shower" and, "Passing Breeze".

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it causes you to become piddled off or makes your ears bleed.

? Bob's Bob-O-Pedics ?
? From your head down to your penus ?
?Makes me want to kick you in the fv¢k** ?

I made this flight specifically to see if I could "see" my Contixo F24 drone in the air at the same time. My FPV device kept rebooting -- leading me to just say fv¢k it and fly strictly-dictly LOS.

* Cool weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 33°F (0.6°C) to 51°F (10.6°C) at flight time.

Election Day somewhat brief* dusk flight of my Holy Stone HS470 Brushless Drone 11-03-20 (1080p) (2)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 5:47pm PST on 11-03-20 (or, "2020-11-03T17:47" or "2020 03 Nov." or even, "November 03, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were filtered sun, temperature was 66°F (17.8°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong jackass piss yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the sodding things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam at the surface.

The music that you hear are a couple of choons by the Police (the song, "Invisible Sun" and approx. ½ of the song, "Spirits in the Matrial World").

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it causes you to become piddled off or makes your ears bleed.

That bluish-green "flare" and beam that you see is me unsuccessfully attempting to blast the drone out of the sky with my Directly-Injected 5mW 505nm Bluish-Green ("mint green") Laser Pen. ;-)

Latency (lag) started out very good (less than a second) increasing to 1+ *MINUTE* as the flight progressed. :-(

* somewhat brief because rapidly increasing latency was interfering with my flight plan, so I eventually just said fv¢k !7 and landed.
