Very warm weather* flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 08-09-20 (1080p) (1)

Flight took place in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 6:44pm PDT on 08-09-20 (or, "2020-08-09T18:44" or "2020 09 Aug." or even, "August 09, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 101°F (38.3°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong black lab poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally dead clam but with occasional gusts out of the N to 3.20mph (5.15kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear are several songs by the EDM group Far Too Loud.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it causes you to become piddled-off or makes your ears bleed.

Motor temperature was measured at 110.6°F (43.7°C), battery temperature was a quite toasty 122°F (50°C), maximum camera temperature was a very balmy 117.3°F (47.4°C) (measured on the front edge of that raised area just behind the lens where it gets the warmest), and phone temperature measured 115.1°F (46.2°C); all taken after landing.
Ambient temperature was 101°F (38.3°C) when these measurements were taken.
Camera temperature is now being monitored because as of mid-May 2020 I've become aware of several reports that the camera was, "too hot to touch" after flights.

I flew the Contixo F24 with the Android app made for the SJRC F11; the appearance is quite similar and their functionality is basically identical.
This offers up additional proof of what I already suspected: that these drones are rebadged versions of one another and are otherwise identical.

The flight looks a bit discontinuous because the app inexplicably went to the "select open apps" screen; I reselected it, I stopped recording via the button on the radio, waited several seconds, and simply restarted it.

* Very warm weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 95°F (35°C) to 103°F (39.4°C) at flight time.

ISS-hunting flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 08-07-20 (1080p) (1)

Flight took place in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 8:45pm PDT on 08-07-20 (or, "2020-08-07T20:45" or "2020 07 Aug." or even, "August 07, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 85°F (29.4°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong polar bear uranation yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally dead clam at the surface but gusty at altitude.

The music that you hear is the song, "Light Sticks" and part of the song, "Destroid 8 - Annihilate" by the EDM group Far Too Loud.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it causes you to become piddled-off or makes your ears bleed.

That greenish-blue "flare" that you see early into the flight was just me (unsuccessfully) attempting to shoot down the gay* little plastic drone with my Directly-Injected 5mW 488nm Greenish-Blue ("cyan") Laser Pen. ;-)

Data from NASA's Spot The Station website:
Fri. Aug 07 8:50pm PDT. Visible: 2 mins. Max. azimuth: 12°, Appears: 10° above WSW. Disappears: 10° above SSW.

Dammit! Fv¢k€d yet once more!!! :-(
It was much like the damn unwelcome butt wagon of a party guest who defucated (pooped) into the punchbowl again. :-(

The ISS was not visible to the unaided eye at all, so it's no wonder that my drone didn't see it either. :-(

* Gay = bright and lively, *NOT* homosexual. ;-)

Warm weather* flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 08-06-20 (720p) (1)

Flight took place in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 6:49pm PDT on 08-06-20 (or, "2020-08-06T18:49" or "2020 06 Aug." or even, "August 06, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 89°F (31.8°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong deer poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally variable to 4.10mph (6.60kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is just a selection of songs that I picked by simply clicking willy-nilly in my OTHER MUSIC subdirectory.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it causes you to become piddled-off or makes your ears bleed.

Motor temperature was measured at 103.1°F (39.5°C), battery temperature was a slightly balmy 110.4°F (43.6°C), and maximum camera temperature was 104°F (40°C) (measured on the front edge of that raised area just behind the lens where it gets the warmest), all taken after landing.
Ambient temperature was 89°F (31.8°C) when these measurements were taken.

Camera temperature is now being monitored because as of mid-May 2020 I've become aware of several reports that the camera was, "too hot to touch" after flights.

* Warm weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 86°F (30°C) to 94°F (34.4°C) at flight time.

Warm weather* ISS-hunting flights** of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 08-05-20 (720p) (1)

Flights took place in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 8:47pm PDT on 08-05-20 (or, "2020-08-05T20:47" or "2020 05 Aug." or even, "August 05, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 88°F (31.2°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong rabbit pee yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally variable to 1.70mph (2.74kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is the song, "New Elysium" by Celldweller.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

Data from NASA's Spot The Station website:
Wed. Aug 05 8:49pm PDT. Visible: 4 mins. Max. azimuth: 39°, Appears: 28° above W. Disappears: 12° above SSE.

Dammit! Fv¢k€d yet once more!!! :-(
It was much like the damn unwelcome butt wagon of a party guest who took a plop (defucated) in the punchbowl again. :-(

The ISS was visible to the unaided eye (apparent visual magnitude -1.4) but its azimuth was too high for the drone's camera to visualise. :-(

For reasons as-of-yet unknown, none of the video recorded onto the MicroSD chip; this video was saved on my Samsung Galaxy S5 cellular telephone handset which I use as an FPV device.

* Warm weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 86°F (30°C) to 94°F (34.4°C) at flight time.

** flights (note pl.) because shortly after takeoff, I noted that I had failed to activate the anti-collision strobes on the drone. So I (crash-) landed, activated them, and took off again.

Warm weather* flight of my Contixo F24 1080p Brushless Foldable Drone w/ Gimbal** 05-08-20 (1080p) (1).

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the far west parking lot of the Panda Express Chinese restaraunt located at 3910 N. Cedar Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 10:59am PDT on 05-08-20 (or, "2020-05-08T10:59" or "2020 08 May" or even, "May 08, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly sunny, temperature was 86°F (30°C) increasing to 90°F (32.2°C) as the flight wrapped up (like a douche) ;-), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "rotten frog poddy*** yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the bloody things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were from the N. mainly at 1.00mph (1.61kph) with infrequent gusts to 10.50mph (16.90kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear are just a random selection of songs that I picked by simply clicking willy-nilly in the, "OTHER MUSIC" sbdirectory on my computer.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

L'un peu gros «tas flamboyant de bâtons» (LE FAGOT BAISANT) que vous y voyez dans le fauteuil roulant électrique baisant fait sauter avec les batteries mortes sacrées stupides est le pilote - moi évidemment !! {The somewhat fat "flaming pile of sticks" (THE FV¢K!NG F46607) that you see in the blasted fv¢k¡ñg electric wheelchair with the stupid gosh darn-diddly-arn dead batteries in it is the pilot -- me of course!!}

** Gimbal -- horse puckey! Horse puckey!! *HOOOOOOOORRRRSE PUCKEY!!!* :-(
It behaves very similarly to a JJPRO "EPIK+" X5 drone in this regard; you can adjust the camera's Y-axis (vertical tilt) from the radio, but no, no gimbal.

*** Frogs (all ectothermic critters actually) do not have a wee like most people do -- by storing their uranation in a flexible sac and then ejecting it into the loo or the whizzer when the bladder is full. The stupid croaking critter would not be able to flush the head or the pisscan anyway; therefore, there is really no such thing as frog poddy. ;-)

Warm weather* ISS-hunting flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 08-03-20 (1080p) (1)

Flight took place in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 8:45pm PDT on 08-03-20 (or, "2020-08-03T20:45" or "2020 03 Aug." or even, "August 03, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 88°F (31.2°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong porcupine tinkle yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally variable to 3.90mph (6.28kph) at the surface.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

That greenish-blue "flare" that you see early into the flight was just me (unsuccessfully) attempting to shoot down the gay** little plastic drone with my Directly-Injected 5mW 488nm Greenish-Blue ("cyan") Laser Pen. ;-)

Data from NASA's Spot The Station website:

Dammit! Fv¢k€d yet once more!!! :-(
It was much like the damn unwelcome butt wagon of a party guest who took a plop (defecated) in the punchbowl again. :-(

The ISS was visible to the unaided eye (apparent visual magnitude -3.4 -- very close to the apparent visual magnitude of the planet Venus!) but its azimuth was too high for the drone's camera to visualise. :-( So I cheated: once I noted the station almost directly overhead, I landed the drone and used it like a handheld video camera in order to image it.

* Warm weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 86°F (30°C) to 94°F (34.4°C) at flight time.

***NSFYE*** Warm weather* ISS-hunting flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 08-02-20 (1080p) (1)

Flight took place in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 9:32pm PDT on 08-02-20 (or, "2020-08-02T21:32" or "2020 02 Aug." or even, "August 02, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 86°F (30°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong porcupine tinkle yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally variable to 1.70mph (2.74kph) at the surface.

Light some candles, draw a refreshing (but relaxing) bubble bath (add a generous extra squirt or two of bubble soap to the bath water -- trust me, you'll need them!), and immerse yourself in the sweat dulcet tones of some nice soothing Metallica.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

*THE FV¢K?!?*
Metallica has *NO SWEAT DULCET TONES* and is most certainly neither *NICE* nor *SOOTHING!!!* ;-)
It's like cone snail venom to the ears of many!!! :-O

I added, "***NSFYE***" (Not Safe For Your Ears) to the video title because not everybody who comes here to watch drone vidz is a metalhead and would appreciate the unwelcome surprise earwhipping and subsequently won't appreciate seeing all of those bloody Q-Tips or used aural tampons floating in their loos or finding empty bottles of ear bleach languishing in their bathroom waste bins or lying on the floor in front of their lavatories (bathroom sinks) along with that dented can of gold spray paint and the holey, paint-soaked, slightly yellowed (formerly white), damp, smelly (it stinx like poddy) bathmat that fell into the $#¡7ß0WL earlier this morning and they missed the wastepaperbasket when they tried to discard the yucking fucky thing. :-)
(That bathmat was holey?!? Maybe they should invest in some mothballs {naphthalene or 1,4-Dichlorobenzene [aka. paradichlorobenzene]} -- and get that damn stupid butt wagon to stop pissing on the sodding thing as well, hahaha!!! ;-D)

That violet "flare" that you see several times during the flight was just me (unsuccessfully) attempting to shoot the gay** little plastic drone out of the sky with my Assassin 405nm Adjustable Focus Rechargeable Violet Laser.

Data from NASA's Spot The Station website:
Sun. Aug 02 9:35pm PDT. Visible: 2 mins. Max. azimuth: 75°, Appears: 34° above WNW. Disappears: 51° above SSE.

Dammit! Fv¢k€d yet once more!!! :-(
It was much like the damn unwelcome butt wagon party guest who passed micturition (uranated) in the punchbowl again. :-(

The ISS was visible to the unaided eye (apparent visual magnitude -2.4) but its azimuth was too high for the drone's camera to visualise. :-(
So I cheated: once I noted the station almost directly overhead, I landed the drone and used it like a handheld video camera in order to image it.
