***NSFYE*** ISS-hunting flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 07-30-20 (1080p) (1)

Flight took place in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 10:18pm PDT on 07-30-20 (or, "2020-07-30T22:18" or "2020 30 Jul." or even, "July 30, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 83°F (28.3°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong polar bear urine yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally from the N to 3.20mph (5.15kph) at the surface.

Light some candles, draw a refreshing (but relaxing) bubble bath (add a generous extra squirt or two of bubble soap to the bath water -- trust me, you'll need them!), and immerse yourself in the sweat dulcet tones of some nice soothing Anthrax.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

*THE FV¢K?!?*
Anthrax has *NO SWEAT DULCET TONES* and is most certainly neither *NICE* nor *SOOTHING!!!* ;-)
It's like cone snail venom to the ears of many!!! :-O

I added, "***NSFYE***" (Not Safe For Your Ears) to the video title because not everybody who comes here to watch drone vidz is a metalhead and would appreciate the unwelcome surprise earwhipping and subsequently won't appreciate seeing all of those bloody Q-Tips or used aural tampons floating in their loos or finding empty bottles of ear bleach languishing in their bathroom waste bins or lying on the floor in front of their lavatories (bathroom sinks) along with that dented can of gold spray paint and the holey, paint-soaked, slightly yellowed (formerly white), damp, smelly (it stinx like poddy) cardigan sweater that fell into the $#¡7ß0WL earlier this morning and they missed the wastepaperbasket when they tried to discard the yucking fucky thing. :-)
(That sweater was holey?!? Maybe they should invest in some mothballs {naphthalene or 1,4-Dichlorobenzene [aka. paradichlorobenzene]} -- and get that damn stupid butt wagon to stop passing micturition (uranating) on the sodding thing as well, hahaha!!! ;-D)

That greenish-blue "flare" that you see early into the flight was just me (unsuccessfully) attempting to shoot down the gay* little plastic drone with my Directly-Injected 5mW 488nm Greenish-Blue ("cyan") Laser Pen. ;-)

Data from NASA's Spot The Station website:
Thu. Jul 30 10:20pm PDT. Visible: 1 min. Max. azimuth: 41°, Appears: 22° above NW. Disappears: 41° above NNW.

Dammit! Fv¢k€d yet once more!!! :-(
It was much like the damn unwelcome butt wagon party guest who pissed in the punchbowl again. :-(

The ISS was visible to the unaided eye (apparent visual magnitude -1.8) but its azimuth was too high for the drone's camera to visualise. :-(

Just under halfway into the flight, I noted that the front-mounted strobe was interfering with the drone's camera (it showed up quite noticeably on my FPV device; not so much in the final video), so I landed, disengaged it from the drone's fuselage, and took off again.

* Gay = bright and lively, *NOT* homosexual. ;-)

*JELLO* Warm weather* flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Drone 07-29-20 (1080p) (1)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace near a socker pitch, an unused group of three baseball diamonds, and a canal located near the intersection of E. Dakota Ave. and N. Barton Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 9:44am PDT on 07-29-20 (or, "2020-07-29T09:44" or "2020 29 Jul." or even, "July 29, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly sunny, temperature was 86°F (30.2°C) increasing to 92°F (33.3°C) as the flight wrapped up (like a douche) ;-), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong horse piss yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally variable to 10.00mph (16.10kph) at the surface with significantly higher gusts aloft.

Light some candles, draw a refreshing (but relaxing) bubble bath (add a generous extra squirt or two of bubble soap to the bath water -- trust me, you'll need them!), and immerse yourself in the sweat dulcet tones of some nice soothing Anthrax.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it causes you to become piddled-off or makes your ears bleed.

*THE FV¢K?!?*
Anthrax has *NO SWEAT DULCET TONES* and is most certainly neither *NICE* nor *SOOTHING!!!* ;-)
It's like brake fluid (extremely toxic to humans!) to the ears of many!!! :-O

I added, "***NSFYE***" (Not Safe For Your Ears) to the video title because not everybody who comes here to watch drone vidz is a metalhead and would appreciate the unwelcome surprise earwhipping and subsequently won't appreciate seeing all of those bloody Q-Tips or used aural tampons floating in their loos or finding empty bottles of ear bleach languishing in their bathroom waste bins or lying on the floor in front of their lavatories (bathroom sinks) along with that dented can of gold spray paint and the holey, paint-soaked, slightly yellowed (formerly white) pair of Hanes Tagless T that fell into the toilet earlier this morning and they missed the wastepaperbasket when they tried to discard the yucking fucky thing. :-)
(That T-shirt was holey?!? Maybe they should invest in some mothballs {naphthalene or 1,4-Dichlorobenzene [aka. paradichlorobenzene]} -- and get that damn stupid butt wagon to stop passing micturition (pissing) on the sodding thing as well, hahaha!!! ;-D)

Motor temperature was measured at 98.9°F (37.2°C), battery temperature was a slightly toasty 119°F (48.3°C), and maximum camera temperature was 101.6°F (38.7°C) (measured on the front edge of that raised area just behind the lens where it gets the warmest), all taken after landing.
Ambient temperature was 92°F (33.3°C) when these measurements were taken.
Camera temperature is now being monitored because as of mid-May 2020 I've become aware of several reports that the camera was, "too hot to touch" after flights.

I flew the Contixo F24 with the Android app made for the SJRC F11; the appearance is quite similar and their functionality is basically identical.
This offers up additional proof of what I already suspected: that these drones are rebadged versions of one another and are otherwise identical.

The flight looks a bit discontinuous because I accidentally neutralised the recording in progress at least twice; I waited several seconds and simply restarted it.

Would you like a few cans of Ready-Whip to go with all of the fv¢k¡ñg jello?
I'm uncertain as to the root cause of this excessive jello that doesn't exist in my other flights of this drone, so please do not ask. :-/

* Warm weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 86°F (30°C) to 94°F (34.4°C) at flight time.

***NSFYE*** Very warm wx.* near-sunset flt of my Contixo F24 Brushless Drone 07-28-20 (1080p) (1)

Flight took place in the airspace (launched anyway) over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 7:33pm PDT on 07-28-20 (or, "2020-07-28T19:33" or "2020 28 Jul." or even, "July 28, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Warm weather* post-sunset flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 07-25-20 (720p) (2)

Flight took place in the airspace (launched anyway) over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 8:16pm PDT on 07-25-20 (or, "2020-07-25T20:16" or "2020 25 Jul." or even, "July 25, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mainly clear, temperature was 90°F (31.1°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong wharf rat poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally from the W to 2.00mph (3.22kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear are several songs by '80s rocker Billy Squier (I'm a metalhead most of the time, but not *ALL* of the time!)

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

That greenish-blue "flare" that you see several times during the flight was just me (unsuccessfully) attempting to shoot down the gay** little plastic drone with my Directly-Injected 5mW 488nm Greenish-Blue ("cyan") Laser Pen. ;-)

VERY BRIEF camera-testing flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 07-22-20 (720p) (1)

Flight took place in the airspace (launched anyway) over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 9:21pm PDT on 07-23-20 (or, "2020-07-23T21:21" or "2020 23 Jul." or even, "July 23, Twenty-Twisted-Stick-Tire" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 83°F (28.3°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong wharf rat poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally variable to 0.30mph (0.48kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is the song, "600 Years" by the EDM group Far Too Loud.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

This flight was made solely to test the night vision capability of my landlady's husband's "night vision" camera; this camera was originally used to witness the birth of some puppies in a darkened area. Pepé seems to think that this camera has true night vision while I suspect that it has a short-range NIR (near-infrared) lighting source (a battery of four NIR LEDs) that would illuminate the scene from 15 to perhaps 20 feet (4.57M to 6.1M) away.

*THIS VIDEO IS MONOCHROME (IT'S IN BLACK & WHITE)* because the camera records in monochrome by default; Pepé fiddled with the app while the flight was in progress, changing camera modes several times -- and one of those modes is color.

That bright white) area at the bottom of the video is the drone's fuselage; I had to mount the camera toward the aft (rear) end to allow the GPS to establish a lock, which it would not do when the camera was mounted toward the front of the fuselage. So getting the fuselage in the shot was totally unavoidable. :-/

Since this drone does not have large landing sprigs, mounting the camera to the underside of the fuselage and then flipping the video in post is simply not an option.

***NSFYE*** Warm wx.* ISS-hunting flight of my Contixo F24 Brushless Foldable Drone 07-22-20 (1080p)(2)

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 88°F (31.1°C), and winds measured with my el stupido "strong Norway rat poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally variable to 4.90mph (7.41kph) at the surface.

*, ** Gimbal -- -- horse puckey! Horse puckey!! HOOOOOOOORRRRSE PUCKEY!!! :-(
It behaves very similarly to a JJPRO "EPIK+" X5 drone in this regard; you can adjust the camera's Y-axis (vertical tilt) from the radio, but no, no gimbal.
