Warm weather* post-repair** flights of my JJR/C JJPRO X5 "EPIK" 5G Drone 06-24-19 (1080p) (6).
Flights took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. Fresno CA. USA at 5:55pm PDT on 06-24-19 (or, "2019-06-24T17:55" or "2019 24 June" or even, "June 24, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were sunny and clear as a fv¢k¡ñg bell, temperature was 93°F (33.9°C), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "strong Kodiak bear whiz yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam at the surface.
The music that you hear is the song, "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.
«Le paquet brûlant quelque peu gros de brindilles» (LE FAGOT BAISANT) ces vous voyez est le pilote -- je naturellement! {The somewhat fat "burning bundle of twigs" (THE FV¢K¡NG F46607) that you see is the pilot -- me of course!}
* Warm weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 86°F (30°C) to 94°F (34.4°C) at flight time.
** post-repair because I just wanted to see if the sodding thing still flies after the crash earlier today and my subsequent repairs.
This will be little more than a hover and yaw flight. I intentionally kept the altitude low in case it fell out of the sky again.
It does indeed fly, but Christ look at all of the fv¢k¡ñg jello (esp. during the first flight)!!! :-O
You're gonna need to by a couple of cases of Ready-Whip to go with all of the damn jello!!!
I have made some slight modifications to the manner in which the camera is attached in effort to mitigate the jello; you can see the end results of those modifications in the second flight.
EXTREMELY BRIEF* hot weather** flight of my JJR/C JJPRO X5 "EPIK" 5G Drone 06-24-19 (1080p) (5).
Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace near a socker pitch, an unused group of three baseball diamonds, and a canal located near the intersection of E. Dakota Ave. and N. Ashlan Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 5:55pm PDT on 06-24-19 (or, "2019-06-24T17:55" or "2019 24 June" or even, "June 24, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were sunny and clear as a fv¢k¡ñg bell, temperature was 113°F (45°C), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "rotten groundhog uranation yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 4.10mph (6.60kph) at the surface.
The music that you hear is zax from the Atari coin-op arcade video game, "Road Blasters" from 1987.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.
«Le paquet brûlant quelque peu gros de brindilles» (LE FAGOT BAISANT) ces vous voyez dans le fauteuil roulant électrique foutu soufflé avec les batteries mortes sapristi stupides dans lui est le pilote -- je naturellement! {The somewhat fat "burning bundle of twigs" (THE FV¢K!NG F46607) that you see in the blasted fv¢k¡ñg electric wheelchair with the stupid gosh darn-diddly-arn dead batteries in it is the pilot -- me of course!!}
I executed a, "Follow Me" command and the drone functioned as it should; e.g., it followed me -- for a very brief time anyway (see below).
* EXTREMELY BRIEF because less than one minute into the flight (which was to be a, "Follow Me" mission in its entirety) the drone inexplicably fell out of the sky and was damaged upon impact with terra firma. :-(
The casualty report:
1: The flight battery no longer fits into the drone's battery bay (I've got three more on hand).
2: One of the propellers is bent and will have to be replaced.
3: The motor with the damaged prop appears to be fuxxored; it's physically partially jammed but pulling upward on it frees it up. Only my next flight attempt will tell if this is a fatal injury or not.
4: The flight camera and its mounting bracket were ripped from the underside of the fuselage and one of the rubber vibration damping washers is MIA (but I do have spares). Once the rubber washers are in place, I can use tape to hold the camera in place.
5: The camera's Y-axis adjustment is totally fuxxored; I can alter the tilt less than 15° instead of the 90° that it was originally designed to move.
So this will hopefully *NOT* be the final flight as I really do like the little fella!!! :-)
** Hot weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 104°F (40°C) to 121°F (49.4°C) at flight time.
***NSFYE*** Hot weather* flight of my JJR/C JJPRO X5 "EPIK" 5G Drone 06-24-19 (1080p) (3).

The music that you hear are the songs, "Wash it All Away" by Five Finger Death Punch (my landlady's hubby turned me on to that song a couple of months ago!), "Earth on H-E-Double-Bendy-Straws" and, "Monster at the End" by the thrash metal group Anthrax.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.
I added, "***NSFYE***" (Not Safe For Your Ears) to the video title because not everybody who comes here to watch drone vidz is a metalhead and would appreciate the unwelcome surprise earwhipping.

* Frogs (all amphibians actually) do not hit the head or use the whizzer like most people do (by storing their micturition in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra and into the loo or into the walltoliet when the bladder is full -- the stupid croaking critter would have trouble flushing the john or pisscan as well); therefore there is really no such thing as frog poddy. ;-)
Flight of my JJR/C JJPRO X5 "EPIK" 5G Drone 06-24-19 (1080p) (1).

Warm weather* brief** night "flight" of my JJR/C JJPRO X5 "EPIK" 5G Drone 06-23-19 (1080p) (4).
Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. Fresno CA. USA at 8:53pm PDT on 06-23-19 (or, "2019-06-23T20:53" or "2019 23 June" or even, "June 23, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).

* Warm weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 86°F (30°C) to 94°F (34.4°C) at flight time.
** Brief because a bit more than halfway through the "flight" (flying at night is illegal as hell, so this was just a hover and pan-the-camera mission) the drone inexplicably stopped transmitting its WiFi hotspot, so I brought it down sooner than anticipated.
Very warm weather* near-sunset flight of my JJR/C JJPRO X5 "EPIK" 5G Drone 06-23-19 (1080p) (3).
Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the south parking lot of the Trinity Lutheran Church located at 3973 N. Cedar Ave. in Fresno CA. Hot weather° flight of my JJR/C JJPRO X5 "EPIK" 5G Drone 06-23-19 (1080p) (2).
Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the perimeter of an artificial lake near the intersection of E. Dakota Ave. and N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 2:58pm PDT on 06-23-19 (or, "2019-06-23T14:58" or "2019 23 June" or even, "June 23, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).
I say, *"over the perimeter of"* because my last drone went down inside the fenced-in lake (it landed on the outer banks well away from the water) and some complete, total true-blue assbhaberdasher stole it during the several minutes that I was away from the crash site when I went to call for help. :-(
At 3:23 into the flight I just said fv¢k ¡7, grew a set, and flew over the damn lake anyway.
I figured that if 'm going down, I'm gonna go down with phasers firing! :-)
Weather conditions at flight time were sunny and clear as a fv¢k¡ñg bell, temperature was 108°F (42.2°C), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "strong donkey pee yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 4.00mph (6.44kph) at the surface.
The music that you hear are the songs, "The Pack is Back", "Screaming Down the House" and approx. 50% of the song, "How Did You Get So Crazy?" by the NWOBHM group Raven (not Raven Symoan or however the F you spell the douchenoozle's name).
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

The flight battery was quite hot (est. 140°F {60°C}) immediately after the flight, but I've had that happen before on hot weather flights. Black drone, clear skies, near summer solstice, mid-afternoon...it didn't take me too long to put 2 and 2 together. :-)
* Hot weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 104°F (40°C) or higher at flight time.
Flight of my JJR/C JJPRO X5 "EPIK" 5G Drone 06-23-19 (1080p) (1).
Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace near a socker pitch, an unused group of three baseball diamonds, and a canal located near the intersection of E. Ashlan Ave. and N. Barton Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 6:44am PDT on 06-23-19 (or, "2019-06-23T06:44" or "2019 23 June" or even, "June 23, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).
Weather conditions at flight time were sunny and clear as a fv¢k¡ñg bell, temperature was 64°F (17.8°C) increasing to 74°F (23.3°C) as the flight progressed, and winds measured with my stupid sodding "strong pig piss yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam with occasional puffs to 0.70mph (1.127kph) at the surface.
The music that you hear are the songs, "(Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth" (this is the famous, "Bass solo take one." song) by the thrash metal group Metallica, "Bottom Line" and, "Restless Child" (this is the famous, "Westwood Perspiration" song, hahaha!) by the NWOBHM group Raven (not Raven Symoan or however the F you spell the douchenoozle's name).
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.
The first two songs are instrumentals and the third song isn't that "heavy" at all so I don't think you'll have to worry about finding bloody Q-Tips floating in the toilet or used aural tampons in the bathroom waste bin. ;-)
«Le paquet brûlant quelque peu gros de brindilles» (FOUTU FAGOT) ces vous voyez dans le fauteuil roulant électrique foutu soufflé avec les batteries mortes sapristi stupides dans lui est le pilote -- je naturellement! {The somewhat fat "burning bundle of twigs" (FV¢K!NG F46607) that you see in the blasted fv¢k¡ñg electric wheelchair with the stupid gosh darn-diddly-arn dead batteries in it is the pilot -- me of course!!}
The battery in my tablet (which I use to view live FPV video) crapped out shortly after launch, so this flight was strictly-dictly LOS (Line Of Sight).
