EXTREMELY BRIEF FINAL failed test flight* of my DJI Phantom 3 Standard 10-13-19 (480p 30fps**) (2)

*AS OF 10-17-19, I AM NOW DRONELESS IN FRESNO!!!* :-(

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 6:18pm PDT on 10-13-19 (or, "2019-10-13T18:18" or "2019 13 October" or even, "Oct. 13, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were partly cloudy, temperature was 79°F (26.1°C), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "strong dolphin uranation yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the bloody things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were clam at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax from the Commodore Amiga computer video game, "Flashback".

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

* EXTREMELY BRIEF failed test flight because the drone will not fully initialise when the gimbal is misbehaving. I am not able to calibrate, and the drone refuses to attempt to locate any GPS satellites.
So I'll have to fly in a location with a lot more space and a lot fewer trees. :-/

FINAL because on the morning of 10-17-19, the drone experienced what is known in the hobby as a, "fly-away". I watched helplessly as it flew over a stand of trees approx. two city blocks away and vanished. :-(

** 480p 30fps because the third-party camera that I used records in this mode.

***NSFYE*** Near-sunrise flight of my DJI Phantom 3 Standard 10-13-19 (720p 30fps*) (1)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the vacant parking lot of a strip mall containing a Family Dollar store located at 3243 N. Cedar Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 6:42am PDT on 10-13-19 (or, "2019-10-13T06:42" or "2019 13 October" or even, "Oct. 13, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were clear, temperature was 50°F (10°C), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "strong ground squirrel poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the bloody things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 3.80mph (6.13kph) at the surface.

Light some candles, draw a refreshing (but relaxing) bubble bath, and immerse yourself in the sweat dulcet tones of some nice soothing Megadeth; topped off by zax from the Commodore Amiga computer demo, "Grind" by the Amiga demo group Dekadence. ;-)

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

*THE FV¢K?!?*
Megadeth has *NO SWEET DULCET TONES* and is most certainly neither *NICE* nor *SOOTHING!!!* ;-)
It's like platypus venom to the ears of many!!! :-O

I added, "***NSFYE***" (Not Safe For Your Ears) to the video title because not everybody who comes here to watch drone vidz is a metalhead and would appreciate the unwelcome surprise earwhipping and subsequently won't appreciate seeing all of those bloody Q-Tips or used aural tampons** floating in their toilet bowls or finding empty bottles of ear bleach languishing in their bathroom waste bins or lying on the floor in front of their lavatories (bathroom sinks) along with that can of silver spray paint and the holey, paint-soaked Hanes V-neck T-shirt that fell into the loo earlier this morning and they missed the wastepaperbasket when they tried to throw the yucking fucky things away. :-)
(That T-shirt was holey?!? Maybe they should invest in some mothballs {naphthalene or 1,4-Dichlorobenzene [aka. paradichlorobenzene]} next time around, hahaha!!! ;-D)

L'organisme cybernétique gai, un peu gros (LE FAGOT BAISANT) que vous voyez avec le cache «pirate» noir stupide vous assoyant dans le fauteuil roulant électrique baisant fait sauter avec «muet comme une boîte de marteaux» les batteries mortes sacrées dans cela est le pilote - moi évidemment! {The gay, somewhat fat cybernetic organism (THE FV¢K!ÑG F46607) that you see with the stupid black "pirate" eyepatch sitting in the blasted fv¢k¡ñg electric wheelchair with the "dumb as a box of hammers" gosh darn-diddly-arn dead batteries in it is the pilot -- me of course!}

The camera gimbal now *NEVER STOPS* thrashing around at power-up; this means that even if the drone still flies, aerial video can no longer be recorded. :-( I don't have the money to send this drone to DJI for repairs. :-(

* 720p 30fps because a sub-20 minute 2.7k video takes approx. nine (9!!!) hours to process and upload to YouTube.

** Unlike EDM (which is not a real thing according to the group Far Too Loud), aural tampons *ARE* a real thing: https://www.urbandictionary.com/defin... :-O

Sunset flight of my DJI Phantom 3 Standard 10-12-19 (720p 30fps*) (2)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 6:22pm PDT on 10-12-19 (or, "2019-10-12T18:22" or "2019 12 October" or even, "Oct. 12, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were partly cloudy (looked like high clouds such as cirrus and cirrostratus), temperature was 79°F (26.2°C), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "rotten scorpion micturition** yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the bloody things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally calm at the surface.

Light some candles, draw a refreshing (but soothing) bubble bath, and immerse yourself in the sweat dulcet tones of some nice relaxing Raven (the NWOBHM group, not Raven Symoan or however the F you spell the douchenoozle's name). ;-) This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it ticks you off or makes your ears bleed.

*THE FV¢K?!?*
Raven has *NO SWEET DULCET TONES* (well, except maybe in the instrumental song, "Bottom Line" and the sub-one minute song, "39-40" -- and neither of those songs is in tonight's video) and is most certainly neither *NICE* nor *RELAXING!!!* ;-)
It's like king cobra venom to the ears of many!!! :-O

I added, "***NSFYE***" (Not Safe For Your Ears) to the video title because not everybody who comes here to watch drone vidz is a metalhead and would appreciate the unwelcome surprise earwhipping and subsequently won't appreciate seeing all of those bloody Q-Tips or used aural tampons*** floating in their toilets or finding empty bottles of ear bleach languishing in their bathroom waste bins or lying on the floor in front of their lavatories (bathroom sinks) along with that dented can of chrome spray paint and the holey, paint-soaked sock that fell into the commode earlier this morning and they missed the wastepaperbasket when they tried to throw the yucking fucky things away. :-)
(That sock was holey?!? Maybe they should invest in some mothballs {naphthalene or 1,4-Dichlorobenzene [aka. paradichlorobenzene]} next time around, hahaha!!! ;-D)

That greenish-blue beam and "flare" that you see a couple of times times during the flight was just me attempting (and failing rather miserably) to shoot the drone out of the sky with my Directly-Injected 488nm Greenish-Blue ("cyan") Laser Pen. ;-)

* 720p 30fps because a sub-20 minute 2.7k video takes approx. nine (9!!!) hours to process and upload to YouTube.

** Scorpions (all invertebrates for that matter) do not uranate like a person does (by storing their poddy in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra and into the loo or into the walltoliet when the bladder is full -- the stupid sodding stinging critter would have trouble flushing the head or the whizzer as well); therefore there is really no such thing as scorpion micturition.

*** Unlike EDM (which is not a real thing according to the group Far Too Loud), aural tampons *ARE* a real thing: https://www.urbandictionary.com/defin... :-O

Flight of my DJI Phantom 3 Standard 10-12-19 (720p 30fps*) (1)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the vacant northeast parking lot of the Vallarta Supermarket located at 3850 N. Cedar Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 4:33pm PDT on 10-12-19 (or, "2019-10-12T16:33" or "2019 12 October" or even, "Oct. 12, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly sunny, temperature was 82°F (27.8°C), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "strong platypus urine yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the bloody things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 3.80mph (6.13kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is just a random selection of songs that I picked by simply clicking willy-nilly in my OTHER MUSIC (3) subdirectory.

These songs aren't metal so I don't think that you'll have to fashion aural tampons** out of Cleanax (or other brand of nasal tissue), sheets torn off of a toilet roll, or even pieces torn from an ass doily {flushable paper sanitary toliet seat cover}, worry about scrambling to find Q-Tips (or other brand of cotton swabs) to stem the tide of bright red blood shooting out of your ears with little advance warning, or try in vain to find a bottle of ear bleach so that you can thoroughly douche out your ears with it before you become transformed into a headbanger. ;-)

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

L'organisme cybernétique gai, un peu gros (LE FAGOT BAISANT) que vous voyez avec le cache «pirate» noir stupide vous assoyant dans le fauteuil roulant électrique baisant fait sauter avec «muet comme une boîte de marteaux» les batteries mortes sacrées dans cela est le pilote - moi évidemment! {The gay, somewhat fat cybernetic organism (THE FV¢K!ÑG F46607) that you see with the stupid black "pirate" eyepatch sitting in the blasted fv¢k¡ñg electric wheelchair with the "dumb as a box of hammers" gosh darn-diddly-arn dead batteries in it is the pilot -- me of course!}

***NSFYE*** NCOD* flight of my DJI Phantom 3 Standard 10-11-19 (720p 30fps**) (1)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the E. parking lot of the Valley Christian Center at 4649 E. Shields Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 10:56am PDT on 10-11-19 (or, "2019-10-11T10:56" or "2019 11 October" or even, "Oct. 11, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 68°F (20°C) increasing to 73°F (22.8°C) as the flight wrapped up (like a douche) ;-), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "strong baby goat urine yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the bloody things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 4.10mph (6.60kph) at the surface.

Light some candles, draw a refreshing (but soothing) bubble bath, and immerse yourself in the sweat dulcet tones of some nice relaxing Anthrax. ;-)

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off or makes your ears bleed.

*THE FV¢K?!?*
Anthrax has *NO SWEET DULCET TONES* (except maybe in the songs, "Black Lodge", "Pieces", "Safe Home", "Bare", "Ball of Confusion" and, "Toast to the Extras" {which actually has a bit of a 'country twang' to it -- and *ALL* of these songs except for, "Pieces" and, "Safe Home" are in this afternoon's video!}) and is most certainly neither *NICE* nor *RELAXING!!!* ;-)
It's like box jellyfish venom to the ears of many!!! :-O

I added, "***NSFYE***" (Not Safe For Your Ears) to the video title because not everybody who comes here to watch drone vidz is a metalhead and would appreciate the unwelcome surprise earwhipping and subsequently won't appreciate seeing all of those bloody Q-Tips or used aural tampons** floating in their toilets or finding empty bottles of ear bleach languishing in their bathroom waste bins or lying on the floor in front of their lavatories (bathroom sinks) along with that dented can of bronze spray paint and the holey, paint-soaked, slightly yellowed pair of long johns that fell into the loo earlier this morning and they missed the dustbin when they tried to throw the yucking fucky things away. :-)
(Those long johns were holey?!? Maybe they should invest in some mothballs {naphthalene or 1,4-Dichlorobenzene [aka. paradichlorobenzene]} next time around, hahaha!!! ;-)

The camera gimbal went ape$#¡7 as the drone was on final approach for landing; the drone inexplicably stopped recording video at that very instant. :-/

* NCOD = National Coming Out Day; this is the designated day for queers to "come out of the closet" and let the world know that they're gay. I came out of the closet decades ago honey, so I need not do anything "special" today. :-)

** 720p 30fps because a sub-20 minute 2.7k video takes approx. nine (9!!!) hours to process and upload to YouTube.

***NSFYE, NSFW*** Brief* night flight of my DJI Phantom 3 Standard 10-10-19 (720p 30fps**) (1)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 8:02pm PDT on 10-10-19 (or, "2019-10-10T20:02" or "2019 10 October" or even, "Oct. 10, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 68°F (20°C), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "rotten Black Lab puppy piddle yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the bloody things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally calm at the surface.

Light some candles, draw a refreshing (but soothing) bubble bath, and immerse yourself in the sweat dulcet tones of some nice relaxing Anthrax. ;-)

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off or makes your ears bleed.

*THE FV¢K?!?*
Anthrax has *NO SWEET DULCET TONES* (except maybe in the songs, "Black Lodge", "Pieces", "Safe Home" and, "Toast to the Extras" {which actually has a bit of a 'country twang' to it -- and none of these songs are in this evening's video!}) and is most certainly neither *NICE* nor *RELAXING!!!* ;-)
It's like box jellyfish venom to the ears of many!!! :-O

I added, "***NSFYE, NSFW***" (Not Safe For Your Ears,. Not Safe For Work) to the video title because not everybody who comes here to watch drone vidz is a metalhead and would appreciate the unwelcome surprise earwhipping and subsequently won't appreciate seeing all of those bloody Q-Tips or used aural tampons** floating in their toilets or finding empty bottles of ear bleach languishing in their bathroom waste bins or lying on the floor in front of their lavatories (bathroom sinks) along with that dented can of bronze spray paint and the holey, paint-soaked Hanes V-Neck T-shirt that fell into the john earlier this morning and they missed the dustbin when they tried to throw the yucking fucky things away. :-)
(That T-shirt was holey?!? Maybe they should invest in some mothballs {naphthalene or 1,4-Dichlorobenzene [aka. paradichlorobenzene]} next time around, hahaha!!! ;-)

The NSFW is because the first song has a couple of toilet words in it and I'd hate to learn that you got shitcanned from your job because you were watching the video, the boss walked by, and heard the computer asking to have its speakers washed out with soap. :-O

FYI the songs that I chose are, "In the End" and, "Earth on H-E-Double-Bendy-Straws".)

That greenish-blue beam and "flare" that you see a couple of times times during the flight was just me attempting (and failing rather miserably) to shoot the drone out of the sky with my Directly-Injected 488nm Greenish-Blue ("cyan") Laser Pen. ;-)

* Brief because I wanted to see if the drone's camera could image the ISS (International Space Station) as it whizzed by.
The sodding ISS wasn't even visible to the unaided eye -- but this time due to terrain, not flat-out, "not visible because it wasn't bright enough" like in previous "fail" videos. Gosh dammit! Fv¢k€d yet once more!!! :-(
Can you say, "The unwelcome party guest who got too hammed and mistook the punchbowl for a whizzer" again?

And it's kosher for me to fly at night because I have the approved FAA anti-collision strobes on my drone.

Data from the SpotTheStation email that I receive: Thu Oct 10, 8:08pm, duration 3 mins, maximum azimuth 16°, appears 15° above WSW, disappears 10° above S.

** 720p 30fps because a sub-20 minute 2.7k video takes approx. nine (9!!!) hours to process and upload to YouTube.

Brief* night flight of my DJI Phantom 3 Standard 10-09-19 (720p 30fps**) (1)

Flight took place (launched anyway) in the airspace over the 3600-block of N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 7:15pm PDT on 10-09-19 (or, "2019-10-09T19:15" or "2019 09 October" or even, "Oct. 09, Twenty Stick-Seriously-Fracked-Up-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly clear, temperature was 68°F (20°C), and winds measured with my stupid sodding "rotten Maine coon cat pee yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though the bloody things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 8.30mph (13.36kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear are the songs, "Paradise City" by the group Guns N' Roses and much of the song, "Freeze Frame" by the J. Geils Band.

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it torques you off.

That blue beam (and "flares") that you see at least two times during the flight was just me attempting (and failing quite miserably) to shoot the drone out of the sky with my Blue-Emitting Laser Pen 5mW 445nm 450nm (as it was described on Ebay when I purchased it).

* Brief because I wanted to see if the drone's camera could image the ISS (International Space Station) as it whizzed by.
The sodding ISS was easily visible to the unaided eye (est. magnitude -3.3) but was too high in the sky for my drone's camera to "see".

O look!!! At approx. 7:25 in the video you can see it near the top center of the screen!!! :-O
It isn't a magnitude -3.3 object any longer (it appears to be approx. magnitude 0 to perhaps magnitude -0.5 tops) but yes, you can easily see it. :-)

And it's kosher for me to fly at night because I have the approved FAA anti-collision strobes on my drone.

Data from the SpotTheStation email that I receive: Wed Oct 09, 7:17pm, duration 6 mins, maximum azimuth 78°, appears 10° above NW, disappears 13° above SE.

** 720p 30fps because a sub-20 minute 2.7k video takes approx. nine (9!!!) hours to process and upload to YouTube.
