***NSFW!!!*** Brief* flights of my Flytec T18 R/C "Mini Racing Drone" 10-09-18 (720p) (1).

Flights took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Olympic Hwy. S. and Ellinor Ave. in Shelton WA. USA at 1:30pm PDT on 10-09-18 (or, "2018-10-09T13:30" or, "2018 09 Oct." or even, "October 09, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

The video content is ground-based using my Fitfort 4K WiFi Action Camera taped to the cellular telephone handset bracket on the drone's radio.

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly cloudy, temperature was 59°F (15°C), and winds measured with my stupid "strong polar bear poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were from the NNW to 2.40mph (3.86kph) at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax from the Commodore Amiga computer demo, "Software Make The Dance Foam Oil" by Epidrena and Rave Overscan Network.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

I prefaced the title of this video with, "***NSFW!!!***" because the music has some naughty bits in it -- the F-bomb gets dropped several times.

The FPV system is shot to hell, but I can still fly LOS just fine thankyouverymuch! :-)

* Brief because I had some trouble controlling the drone while also attempting to keep it visible in the camera's viewfinder.

Cold weather* brief** flight of my Flytec T18 R/C "Mini Racing Drone" 10-03-18 (720p) (1).

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Olympic Hwy. N. and Ellinor Ave. in Shelton WA. USA at 7:21am PDT on 10-03-18 (or, "2018-10-03T07:21" or, "2018 03 Oct." or even, "October 03, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly cloudy, temperature was 31°F (-0.6°C), and winds measured with my stupid "rotten cat pee yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were clam at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax from the Commodore Amiga computer game, "Flashback".
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

The FPV system is shot to hell, but I can still fly LOS just fine thankyouverymuch! :-)

* Cold weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 11°F (-11.7°C to 32°F (0°C) at flight time.

** Brief because for reasons as-of-yet unknown, the flight camera stopped recording 1:30 into the est. 6 minute flight.

Somewhat brief* flight of my Flytec T18 R/C "Mini Racing Drone" 10-01-18 (720p) (1).

Flight took place in the airspace over the NW parking lot of the Quik-E-Mart (aka. Brad's Quick Stop) / Union 76 Gasoline Station located near the intersection of Cascade Ave. and Olympic Hwy N. (directly across Olympic Hwy. from Shelton Outfitters and directly across Cascade Ave. from Hillcrest Shell) in Shelton WA. USAat 5:44pm PDT on 10-01-18 (or, "2018-10-01T17:44" or, "2018 01 Oct." or even, "October 01, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy with light rain increasing to moderate rain approx. three minutes in, temperature was 61°F (16.2°C), and winds measured with my stupid "rotten starfish poddy** yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were clam at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax from the Commodore Amiga computer demo, "Chaotic" by the Amiga demo group Dekadence from 2011.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

While I was flying it, I "heard" this fictional, phoney-bologna fake made-up song, sung to the tune of, "Row Row Row Your Boat", which went like this:

? Fly fly fly my drone ?
? Fly it for orange juice! ?
? Merrily merrily merrily ?
? Fly it into Betelgeuse! ?**

** Most everybody knows that quadcopters (or any other propeller-driven aircraft for that matter) can't fly in a vaccum but I needed to find a word that rhymed with, "juice". ;-)
Betelgeuse (pronounced as though it were spelled, "Beetlejuice") is a red supergiant star that was ejected from the Orion OB1 Association.

I would never condone the destruction of any multirotor (or heli or fixed-wing aircraft -- or *ANY* type of R/C or actual aircraft for that matter) by flying it toward a destructive source like a supergiant star, white dwarf star spewing verteron particles, blue giant star, neutron star, supernova, graviton ellipse (spatial anomaly 521), Wolf-Rayet star, Cepheid variable star, magnetar, binary or trinary stars, astral eddy, pulsar, quasar, black hole, etc. Betelgeuse is going to go supernova any time now, so why take a chance? ;-)

The FPV system is shot to hell, but I can still fly LOS just fine thankyouverymuch! :-)

* Somewhat brief because the rainfall increased in intensity ~3 minutes in, so I brought the drone in well before LVC.

** Starfish (all other members of the genus Asterias for that matter) do not uranate like most mammals do (by storing piss in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra when the bladder is full); therefore there is really no such thing as starfish poddy. ;-)

FINAL?* cool weather** flight of my Flytec T18 R/C "Mini Racing Drone" 09-18-18 (720p) (1).

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. N. in Shelton WA. USA at 8:30am PDT on 09-18-18 (or, "2018-09-18T08:30" or, "2018 18 Sep." or even, "September 18, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were sunny, temperature was 37°F (2.8°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "strong leopard poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam at the surface.

This drone ***DOES NOT*** make an excellent camera platform primarily because it is so nimble & responsive and does not have a gimbal -- the camera is hard-mounted directly into the drone's fuselage. Other than that I think that this drone is the dog's bollocks (it's really great!) -- I mean I'm really chuffed to bits (exceptionally happy) with it!!! :-)

I look kinda piddled off in this video even though I'm really not; a serious brain operation that I had in late-2002 robbed me of my ability to smile (among other things). :-(
I really ***DO*** love the living tweedle out of flying my drones!!! :)
The same operation also left me with a "googly eye" which is why I look a bit queer (pun not intended).

The music that you hear is zax from the Commodore Amiga computer demo program, "Uncle Tom Sonix" by the Amiga demo group Scoopex from 2012.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.

Miners do not appear in this video. Whether they're mining iridium, gallium, cadmium, sodium, iron, selenium, mercury, liquid xenon, strontium, californium, gadolinium, calcium, unobtanium, solid chlorine, etc., you ain't gonna find em here folks! (YouTube has this thing about miners appearing in videos for reasons as-of-yet unknown) ;-)

* FINAL? (note question mark) because on a flight that I made on 09-22-18 it flew fine for a short time after launch and then inexplicably fell out of the sky, crashing into a hard rocky surface. The camera ceased to function, and video recording *CAN NOT* be made to the smartphone (the camera itself still generates & transmits images).

I DID VERIFY THAT IT STILL FLIES but I cannot record any aerial or ground-based video until the replacement MicroSD card arrives.

The MicroSD card is totally fuxxored; I won't be able to order another one until 10-03-18. Then we'll see how things go.

** Cool weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 33°F (0.6°C) to 50°F (10°C) at flight time.

Flight of my Flytec T18 R/C "Mini Racing Drone" 09-17-18 (720p) (1).

Flights took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. N. in Shelton WA. USA at 8:04am PDT on 09-17-18 (or, "2018-09-17T08:04" or, "2018 17 Sep." or even, "September 17, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were partly cloudy, temperature was 50°F (10°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten stonefish urine* yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam but with gusts out of the NNE to 2.00mph (3.22kph) at the surface and aloft.

This drone ***DOES NOT*** make an excellent camera platform primarily because it is so nimble & responsive and does not have a gimbal -- the camera is hard-mounted directly into the drone's fuselage.
Other than that I think that this drone is the mutt's nuts (it's really great!) -- I mean I'm really chuffed to bits (exceptionally happy) with it!!!

The music that you hear is zax from the coin-op arcade video game Super Hang-On (the tune is titled, "Sprinter") by Sega from 1986.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.

While flying my T18, I "heard" the song, "The Motorcycle Song" by Arlo Guthrie.
This is the famous, "I don't want a pickle" song. :-)

* Stonefish (all other fish for that matter) do not go to the bathroom like most mammals do (by storing piss in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra when the bladder is full); therefore there is really no such thing as stonefish urine. ;-)

I'm uncertain as to why there is so much jello in this video; I changed out all four props yesterday and had a relatively jello-free flight. The drone has not crashed or even experienced a hard landing prior to this "jello-y" flight. :-/

Flights of my Flytec T18 R/C "Mini Racing Drone" 09-16-18 (720p) (1).

Flights took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. N. in Shelton WA. USA at 7:49am PDT on 09-16-18 (or, "2018-09-16T07:49" or, "2018 16 Sep." or even, "September 16, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy with intermittent light/moderate rain showers, temperature was 54°F (12.2°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "strong moose pee yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though they're actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam but with gusts out of the WSW to 3.80mph (6.12kph) at the surface and aloft.

The music that you hear is zax from the pee-cee demo, "Delusion" by the PC demo group Sonic PC from 1992.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.

This is the replacement for the two flyaways that I had not that long ago; I love this drone so much that I obtained another replacement. :-)

I terminated the flight a bit early not because of LVC or rotten weather, but because I needed to hit the head (visit the loo).

The video looks a bit discontinuous at 4:33 because I spliced in a segment from the second flight to accommodate the length of the music.

Miners do not appear in this video. Whether they're mining tin, ruthenium, platinum, gaseous neon, nitrium, perisium, talgonite, calcium, fluorine, iron, liquid helium III, polonium, pergium, etc., you ain't gonna find em here folks! ;-)

Brief* birthday flight of my Flytec T18 R/C "Mini Racing Drone" 09-15-18 (720p) (1).

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Summit Dr. in Shelton WA. USA at 3:15pm PDT on my 54th birthday -- 09-15-18 (or, "2018-09-15T15:15" or, "2018 15 Sep." or even, "September 15, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were cloudy with "lite"** rain, temperature was 65°F (18.3°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten brown recluse spider piss*** yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though they're actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable to 2.80mph (4.51kph) with frequent extended gusts to 6.70mph (10.79kph) at the surface and aloft.

This is one aircraft that will never see the water of a loo (toliet) up close & personal -- unlike my "Earth" Squadron Backyard "Crasher" R/C "Groundplane" (Sky Squadron Backyard Flyer R/C Airplane) and a couple of others (you may be able to tell by what I called it that it flew about as well as a lead balloon, hahaha!) :-O

The music that you hear is the song, "Let You Go" by the German electronica group Monkey Zound.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.

This is the replacement for the two flyaways that I had not that long ago; I love this drone so much that I obtained another replacement. :-)

While I was flying the drone, I "heard" this totally fictional, fake, phoney-bologna torpedoed song, sung to the tune of the children's song, "The Itsy-Bitsy Spider" but with the following lyrics:

? The itsy-bitsy spider ?
? Went up the water spout. ?
? Down came the rain ?
? And flushed the spider out. ?
? Out came the sun and dried up all the rain ?
? So the brown recluse spider bit someone where there's pain! ?

* Brief because for reasons as-of-yet known, the drone's flight camera control was fuxxored during the first flight. It did record properly during the second when I crossed the street and relaunched.

** "Lite" instead of " light" because...well I'll just let the scroll text of a PC computer demo program do the talking here:
A ? TO EVERYONE: ONLY A F46607 WOULD REPLACE "GHT" WITH "TE". .. EX. LIGHT AND LITE. NIGHT AND NITE. WHAT IS YOUR GUY'S GAY INCEST WITH THE "TE" COMBO?

*** Brown recluse spiders (all arachnids actually) do not go poddy like most mammals do (by storing P-P in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra when the bladder is full); therefore there is really no such thing as brown recluse spider piss. ;-)

Miners do not appear in this video. Whether they're mining indium, gallium, cadmium, iron, selenium, mercury, liquid neon, strontium, copper, californium, gadolinium, solid oxygen, carbon, lithium, etc., you ain't gonna find em here folks! ;-)

FINAL* warm weather** flight of my Flytec T18 R/C "Mini Racing Drone" 08-16-18 (720p) (3).

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. S. in Shelton WA. USA at3:38pm PDT on 08-16-18 (or, "2018-08-16T15:38" or, "2018 16 Aug." or even, "August 16, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly sunny with the sun partially filtered by scattered high thin clouds (looks a bit like cirrostratus), temperature was 96°F (35.6°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten dolphin micturition yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though they're actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were variable and gusty to 4.40mph (7.08kph) at the surface.

This drone ***DOES NOT*** make an excellent camera platform primarily because it is so nimble & responsive and does not have a gimbal -- the camera is hard-mounted directly into the drone's fuselage.
Other than that I think that this drone is the bee's knees*** (it's really great!) -- I mean I'm really chuffed to bits (exceptionally happy) with it!!! :-)

I look kinda ticked off in this video even though I'm really not; a serious brain operation that I had in late-2002 robbed me of my ability to smile (among other things). :-(
I really ***DO*** love the living tweedle out of flying my drones!!! :)
The same operation also left me with a "googly eye" which is why I look a bit queer (pun not intended).

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

* FINAL because on a flight that I made this evening, a strong updraft caught it and unexpectedly quickly carried it beyond visual range; I was unable to find it (or even localise it!) with the radio either. :-(

** Warm weather in this context means an ambient temperature of 86°F (30°C) to 103°F (39.4°C) at flight time.

*** Do bees even *HAVE* knees? Let's find out...{goes to the cupboard and pulls out a box of Honey Nut Cheerios. Opens it and then waits a moment for that stupid sodding bee to fly out -- catches it when it does (the bee is a drone [male] and drones do not posses a sting so I was at no risk of being stung and subsequently envenomated)...the bee buzzes like crazy but I check the insect's legs for knees...} YUP! The legs bend exactly where and how expected of legs with knees!!! ;-)
After that, I humanely let the insect go -- it buzzes away and flies directly into the bug zapper hanging above the breakfast table...oops!!! :-O
