Flight of my JXD 518 GPS R/C Quadcopter 09-20-18 (720p) (2)

Flight took place over the parking lot of the now-defunct Red Apple Grocery (currently a business known as Shelton Outfitters) near the intersection of Cascade Ave. and Olympic Hwy. N. in Shelton WA. USA at 3:32pm PDT on 09-20-18 (or, "2018-09-20T15:32" or, "2018 20 Sep." or even, "September 20, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly cloudy, temperature was 66°F (18.9°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "strong leaopard piss yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally variable to 6.40mph (10.30kph) at the surface.

This drone ***DOES NOT*** make an excellent camera platform primarily because it is so nimble & responsive and does not have a gimbal -- the camera is hard-mounted directly into the drone's fuselage.

I look kinda piddled off in this video even though I'm really not; a serious brain operation that I had in late-2002 robbed me of my ability to smile (among other things). :-(
I really ***DO*** love the living tweedle out of flying my drones!!! :)
The same operation also left me with a "googly eye" which is why I look a bit queer (pun not intended).

The music that you hear are the songs, "Safe Home" and, "God Save the Queen" by the thrash metal group AnthraX.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.

This drone has a bit of a 'robotic' feel to it when it's flying. Nothing critical mind you, it just feels a bit queer.

Flight of my JXD 518 GPS R/C Quadcopter 09-20-18 (720p) (1)

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Dearborn Ave. and Holman St. in Shelton WA. USA at 8:11am PDT on 09-20-18 (or, "2018-09-20T08:11" or, "2018 20 Sep." or even, "September 20, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly cloudy, temperature was 51°F (10.6°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten alligator piddle* yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them things even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam at the surface.

This drone ***DOES NOT*** make an excellent camera platform primarily because it is so nimble & responsive and does not have a gimbal -- the camera is hard-mounted directly into the drone's fuselage.

The same operation also left me with a "googly eye" which is why I look a bit queer (pun not intended).

The music that you hear is demo zax from the German PC program, "Synth-Werk"; the songs are titled, "Musique Electronique" and, "Trailer Demo HD bestservice".
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.

The video appears to be discontinuous because I noticed that the Recording Video indicator in the app was off; so I hit the Record Video button once, brought it down to where I could see the blue LED on the camera, then pressed the Record Video button again. Apparently this was just an unfortunate fluke; the camera on the drone had been recording since just prior to launch. :-/

* Alligators (all reptiles actually) do not go poddy like most mammals do (by storing P-P in an expandable sac and then ejecting it through the urethra when the bladder is full); therefore there is really no such thing as alligator piddle. ;-)

This drone has a bit of a 'robotic' feel to it when it's flying. Nothing critical mind you, it just feels a bit queer.

Flight of my JXD 518 GPS R/C Quadcopter 09-19-18 (720p) (2).

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. N. in Shelton WA. USA at 4:49pm PDT on 09-19-18 (or, "2018-09-19T16:49" or, "2018 19 Sep." or even, "September 19, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly cloudy, temperature was 73°F (22.8°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten caribou piss yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls them even though those things are actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were somewhat variable but predominately out of the WSW to 9.2 (14.81kph) at the surface with higher gusts aloft.

This drone ***DOES NOT*** make an excellent camera 20mph (platform primarily because it is so nimble & responsive and does not have a gimbal -- the camera is hard-mounted directly into the drone's fuselage.

I look kinda torqued off in this video even though I'm really not; a serious brain operation that I had in late-2002 robbed me of my ability to smile (among other things). :-(

This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it piddles you off.

This drone has a bit of a 'robotic' feel to it when it's flying. Nothing to piss yourself over mind you; it just feels a bit queer.

Flight took place in the airspace over an empty lot near the intersection of Ellinor Ave. and Olympic Hwy. N. in Shelton WA. USA at 7:25am PDT on 09-19-18 (or, "2018-09-19T07:25" or, "2018 19 Sep." or even, "September 19, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were moderate fog (visibility less than 200 feet {61 meters}; IFR for real pilots; VFR for low-altitude R/C pilots), temperature was 46°F (7.8°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten chipmunk poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though they're actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam at the surface.

This drone ***DOES NOT*** make an excellent camera platform primarily because it is so nimble & responsive and does not have a gimbal -- the camera is hard-mounted directly into the drone's fuselage.

USA at 6:55pm PDT on 09-18-18 (or, "2018-09-18T18:55" or, "2018 18 Sep." or even, "September 18, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were fair, temperature was 66°F (18.9°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "rotten seal urine yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though they're actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam at the surface.

Miners do not appear in this video. Whether they're mining indium, gallium, cadmium, iron, selenium, mercury, liquid neon, strontium, californium, gadolinium, solid oxygen, carbon, lithium, etc., you ain't gonna find em here folks! (YouTube has this thing about miners appearing in videos for reasons as-of-yet unknown) ;-)

Flights of my JXD 518 GPS R/C Quadcopter 09-18-18 (720p) (4).

Flights took place in the airspace over a vacant lot along the 1020-block of Cascade Ave. in Shelton WA. USA at 4:03pm PDT on 09-18-18 (or, "2018-09-18T16:03" or, "2018 18 Sep." or even, "September 18, Twenty Stick-Infinity-Stick" if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were mostly sunny, temperature was 76°F (24.4°C), and winds as measured with my stupid "strong elephant poddy yellow" portable digital "windometer" (as JD from JD Quad in the UK calls those things even though they're actually called, "anemometers") ;-) were generally clam at the surface.

The music that you hear is zax from the PC computer demo, "Unreal" by the Finnish pee-cee computer demo group Future Crew.
This product is not audio (sound)-sensitive in any manner; the music may safely be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.

The drone crashed into a dead tree to end the mission; the female homeowner asked me if I was flying around her house a night or two ago because she saw a large drone repeatedly buzz her house at fairly low altitude; I answered truthfully (which was, "no") -- she told me that she was uncomfortable about drones flying near her house, so this will be the final flight I make at this flying venue.

Anyway, after failing to reach the drone with an extended poal saw, I taped one of my canes to the saw blade (to extend the saw's reach) and was able to successfully swat it out of the tree. It tumbled into some bushes, but after at least ten minutes of searching, I spotted it and retrieved it with the poal saw. So yes Virginia, there is a Santa Clause...er...uh...I mean IT LIVES TO FLY AGAIN!!! :-)

Flight of my JXD 518 GPS R/C Quadcopter 09-18-18 (720p) (3).
