UDI U13A R/C Camera Heli flight 03-01-15 (1).

Flight took place near my home along Ellinor Ave. in Shelton WA. USA on the morning of 03-01-15 (or, "2015 01 Mar." or even, "March 01, Twenty Stick-Bent-Stick if you prefer).

Weather conditions at flight time were clear & sunny, temperature of 24°F (-4.4°C), and winds calm.

I attached two quarters (a United States 25¢ coin) to the front edge of the flight battery in order to give it greater forward velocity and make it better able to fight minor headwinds. The tail rotor became busted in one of last Monday's (02-23-15) flights.

I also exchanged the flight battery with one from another heli of the same make & model a second time; as a result it now flies well.

I exchanged the flight battery with one from another heli of the same make & model a second time; as a result it now flies well -- though as you can see, it was a bit too windy; I had to deliberately crash-land on the roof of and then fall into the yard of an abandoned property.

At 0:57, you'll see that it almost got stuck very high in a tree and would have subsequently been irretrievable had that occurred. :-O

The gay little metal & plastic heli seemed to have trouble gaining altitude as though the flight battery was pooped out; but I had it on the charger until the light turned green.
